WHAT’S OUR RETURN POLICY?

We want you to love your Battle Brothers experience, so we offer free returns within 30 days from the date your order was delivered. The items returned must not have been used, altered, washed, or damaged, and must include all original packaging and tags. Orders placed between October 1 and December 31 are eligible for return through January 31 of the following year.

While most items are eligible for a return, some items are Final Sale and are clearly marked on their specific product pages, in your shopping cart, during checkout, and in order confirmation emails. Final Sale items are never eligible for returns or exchanges.

MY PRODUCT IS DAMAGED, WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS?
